2nd Road is committed to training and equipping people for change. Wherever possible we seek to transfer our skills and passion to our clients.
What we teach
Our courses develop the skills to plan, design and implement change. This includes the ability to think more clearly and creatively, to facilitate, and to communicate. We have a special focus on developing leadership capability.
How we train
All of our courses address both business applications and personal development. This is what makes them so inspiring and popular.
They combine fun, self discovery and deep learning.
They also combine theory and practice.
Who we train
We concentrate on four main segments within organisations:
Leaders – These one day modules focus on motivating and inspiring managers to become leaders
Change agents – We develop internal facilitators and change agents. These courses are longer than the leadership modules and aim to develop deeper mastery of our tools.
General audiences – These courses introduce our key toolkits to the wider organisation. They are shorter and provide a good overview of the tools.
Knowledge workers – We offer specialised courses to people who need to write and communicate as a core part of their work. We particularly focus on people who need to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
